Side filers
All sidefilers are fitted with locks and anti-tilt features as standard. Counter weights can be fitted as an optional extra.
Construction.
Carcass :- Formed panel construction locking together via a combination of welding and ‘Blind’ rivets to form an integral box which aids to the overall strength and rigidity of the unit.
Drawers :- An all steel construction, using 0.7mm thick material for the body and an increased gauge of 1.2mm for the front to compliment the strength of the main carcass.
Finish :- All components are finished in Epoxy powder and stove to 180 degrees centigrade to give excellent adhesion and wear properties.
